Warranty Duration
Your Grin Teeth electric toothbrush or water flosser is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase at grinteeth.com.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturer defects or functional failures under normal use, such as:
Failure to power on
Charging malfunction
Motor issues
Internal structural failure due to defects
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
Negligence or improper handling
Lost items or accessories (e.g., brush heads, cables, water flosser nozzles)
Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or repair
Products that have been tampered with, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel will immediately void the warranty.
Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
How to File a Claim

We reserve the right to offer free replacement or repair and provide free shipping for valid claims.
