Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
If you are not completely satisfied and would like to return a GrinTeeth product, please contact us within 45 days of purchase to request a return.
Our 45-day return policy applies to items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged during transit.
If your order includes incorrect items, defective products, or damage during shipping, please email us at service@grinteeth.com within 2 days of receiving your package. Include a description of the issue, product photos, your full name, and order number. This information will help us investigate and assist you better.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service at service@grinteeth.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, and the reason for return in your email.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm the status of your return and refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3–4 business days, and the funds will be automatically credited to your original payment method.
