We ship worldwide from our warehouse in China.
Currently, we deliver to the mainland United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, France, and Germany.
Shipping to additional countries will be added gradually. Available destinations are based on the information provided here and displayed at checkout. If your country does not appear as an option at checkout, it is not currently supported as a shipping destination.
Shipping Methods, Duration Estimates & Fees
We offer air transportation for your shipments, typically delivering your package within 8-15 days from the date of dispatch. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Speed
Most products offered in our online store are in stock, and are usually shipped the next business day. Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Monday.
Unfortunately, in rare cases products may run out of stock. In such situations, we’ll have to wait for restocking and it may take 2-4 working days to process your order.
Shipping Confirmation with Track & Trace Number
All orders are packed with care to guarantee safe delivery. When your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation within 2 days by email, which includes an online tracking number. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation email, please check if it landed in your junk folder.
All parcels can be tracked on this 17track. Once your parcel has arrived in your country, you may also use the tracking number on the website of your local post.
Customs
Additional customs duties may apply according to your local regulations. These duty charges are beyond our control and will be displayed together with the shipping fee at checkout.
If you are a customer based in the United States, you don’t need to worry about customs duties—even under the current US-China trade tensions. GrinTeeth will cover these charges on your behalf.
